Mission Statement
To protect the lives, property and citizens of Cabell County West Virginia from the threat or occurrence of
emergencies related to or resulting from any natural or man-made disaster. Cabell County Office of Emergency
Services shall assist citizens through awareness, preparedness, mitigation, response and recovery efforts.
